We truly hope you love what you ordered — but if something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help! 💌

We gladly accept free returns or exchanges within 30 days of the original shipping date for any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn/unused and with any original packaging or tags.

  • If any part of your order arrives damaged, please email us at orders@faithfashionco.com with a photo of the damaged items, and we’ll take care of it right away.

  • Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirming its arrival. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund at that time.

    If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

  • Exchanges

    Exchanges:We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please submit a return request [here].

  • Late/missing refunds

    If you haven’t received your refund yet, we recommend taking the following steps:

    Check your bank account or credit card statement again.

    Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be officially posted.

    If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please reach out to us.

  • Shipping

    If you are returning an item valued over $60, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
