    DO YOU PROVIDE PRICE ADJUSTMENTS?

    As a small business, we are unfortunately unable to offer the same adjustments that many large corporate retailers can provide. Due to rising product and shipping costs, along with ongoing inflation, our profit margins have become extremely limited. We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support.

    WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

    We ship worldwide. Your order will be packaged really carefully and delivered wherever you want. Delivery takes between 2-5 business days. You will receive an e-mail after ordering with more information about the delivery.

    DO YOU RESTOCK DESIGNS AND ITEMS THAT ARE OUT OF STOCK?

    Sometimes! 💫 Popular FaithFashionCo designs and items may be restocked, but many of our pieces are limited edition— once they’re gone, they may be gone for good.

    If you’ve got your eye on something, we recommend grabbing it while you can and signing up for restock alerts (when available) so you’re the first to know if it’s back.

    WHAT IS FAITH FASHION'S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

    Please double-check the product details on each item’s page to confirm whether it is a final sale. A size chart is provided at the end of every product page — we kindly ask that you review it carefully and ensure you’re confident in your selected size before completing your purchase.

    WHAT CAN I DO IF MY ITEM (PART OF IS) DAMAGED

    We take great care in delivering your items safely and in perfect condition. If you're not completely satisfied, orders may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your package — as long as the items are in their original, resalable condition.

    WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM(S)?

    We're sorry about that! If you received an incorrect item in your order, please reach out to our Customer Support team to begin the return process. We'll resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.

    WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ITEM HAS BEEN DAMAGED OR BROKEN?

    No worries, All of our items and accessories have a 45-day warranty, which means we’ll replace the damaged item within 45 days from the time of purchase. To get a replacement, go to Customer Support to go through the return/exchange process.

    Please note the following exceptions to our replacement policy:

    1. A photo of the damaged item is required in order to issue a replacement.
    2. Items that have been altered in any way are not eligible for replacement.
    3. We are unable to replace lost or stolen items.
    THE CLOTHING ITEMS ORDERED ARRIVED BUT DOES NOT FIT.

    If your clothing item arrived but doesn’t fit, please refer to the size chart provided on the product page to confirm the sizing. We are are able to offer returns or exchanges for size-related issues.

    ARE STICKERS RETURNABLE?

    Stickers are non-returnable and non-refundable. Due to the nature of the product, all sticker sales are final.

    If any part of your order arrives damaged, please email us with a photo, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

    CAN STICKERS ORDERS CAN BE TRACKED?

    Please note: We sometimes do not receive tracking information for sticker orders, as they are shipped in standard envelopes. If you do not receive your order within 2 weeks of placing it, please reach out to our Customer Support team for assistance.

    MY PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TO SENDER -WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, please note that we are not responsible for errors entered at checkout.

    • Reship your order to the correct address (shipping fees will apply), or
    • Issue a refund for your order (minus the original shipping cost).

    Please email us with your order number and the correct shipping address so we can assist you right away.

    • Standard shipping on all U.S. orders is $4–$8 (calculated by weight).
    • Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50
    • Delivery time: 2–5 business days (not including processing time).

    🌍 International Shipping

    • Standard international shipping is $25–$35 (calculated by weight).
    • Free shipping on international orders over $150.
    • Delivery time: 7–40 business days (not including processing time).

    Please allow 24–48 hours for our team to process and pack your order before it ships.

    TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE

    We understand how frustrating this can be! If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, here are some steps to try:

    1. Check with neighbors or household members to see if it was received on your behalf.
    2. Look around your property (front porch, side door, garage, mailbox, or community parcel locker).
    3. Wait 24–48 hours — sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a little early.
    4. Contact your local post office or carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.) with your tracking number for more details.

    If your package still cannot be located after taking these steps, please email us with your order number and we’ll be happy to assist further.

    • 2nd Day Air orders are prioritized and currently processed within 24 hours or less.

    🚫 Any other promotion (like spamming comment sections or using coupon-sharing sites) is considered a violation of our terms and will result in termination of your ambassador account.

    📌 Can I share my code or link on Pinterest?
    No. Sharing your ambassador code or referral link on Pinterest is strictly prohibited. Pinterest functions as a search engine, and we want to ensure all ambassador sales come from genuine community engagement and personal promotion.

    🚫 Any use of Pinterest to promote your code or link will be considered a violation of our terms and may result in termination of your ambassador account.

    You are welcome to share your code and link on all other social media platforms, your blog, website, and directly with your friends and followers. 🙌

    💳 Can I use paid ads to promote my code or link?
    No. As a FaithFashionCo Brand Ambassador, you may not promote your referral code or link through paid advertisements on Google, other search engines, or social media platforms.

    ✅ All promotion must be organic and genuine, reflecting FaithFashionCo’s mission and values.
    🚫 Any use of paid advertising to share your code or link is a direct violation of our terms and may lead to the immediate removal from the ambassador program.

    💵 Ambassador Payment Policy

    • Payment Schedule
      Commissions are paid on the first Friday of every month.
    • Minimum Threshold
      You must have earned at least $25 in commission to receive a payout. If your balance is under $25, it will roll over to the following month until the threshold is met.
    • Payment Method
      Payments are issued via PayPal (or another secure method provided by FaithFashionCo). Ambassadors are responsible for ensuring their payment information is accurate and up to date.
    • Tracking Earnings
      You’ll be able to track your referral sales and commission through your ambassador portal/dashboard.
    • Policy on Fraudulent or Invalid Sales
      Sales generated through misuse of codes, prohibited promotion methods (e.g., coupon sites, Pinterest, paid ads), or fraudulent activity will not count toward your commission and may result in removal from the program.
